There are points in our lives when we experience difficulties or distress that we cannot manage on our own. These difficulties may take the form of depression, anxiety, relationship or vocational problem, the effects of trauma, psychosomatic illness, creative blocks, or impasse. In the context of depth oriented psychotherapy, these difficulties become opportunities for growth, development of greater self-awareness, and healing.

Our working effectively together in psychotherapy requires a relationship based upon trust, understanding, and integrity. As we listen together you will begin to hear yourself in new ways, experience an expansion of self knowledge, recognize problematic patterns, and meet new parts of yourself.

I have extensive experience with all of the above issues. I work in a way that is open and related. I attend to the therapeutic relationship, listen to dreams, and hold a space for the emergence and integration of untapped resources. I offer a perspective that has been honed by many years of experience.

Together we make conscious what has been driving problematic patterns and what it is that symptoms are telling us. Ultimately, the work reveals a more authentic path; a path that is directed toward wholeness and a truer relationship to your deep self.
